Obituary:
BATH - Jane Casey Powers, age 57, passed away peacefully May 4, 2020 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough.
She was born September 1, 1962 to Edwin T. and Jane M. (Burns) Powers, Jr. in Fall River, MA. She graduated from Morse High School (class of 1980) and Westbrook College with a degree in business administration.
A longtime Bath resident, everyone knew her as Casey. She was well known for her kindness and her legendary stubbornness. She volunteered at Dike/Newell Elementary School and was beloved by many. She was an avid collector of small dragons and a voracious reader. Casey also enjoyed playing EverQuest in her free time.
Casey will be sorely missed. She is survived by her partner Josh Seals, her brother Timothy Powers and his wife Joanne, her daughter Mary French Viau, her son Zachary French, and her two grandchildren.
