Friends and relatives may attend a service at the shelter at the Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery, Stanley Road, Springvale, Maine Friday June 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
US Army military honors will conclude the service.

Obituary:
Portland. Joseph A. Lamonde, 87 of Cumberland Ave passed away Thursday June 20, 2019 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough.
He was born in Revere, Massachusetts November 28, 1931 the son of George and Alice Robitaille Lamonde.
Joseph graduated from local schools in Revere. He then served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
After his service to his country, he returned to Maine where he was an interior and exterior painter for many years.
He enjoyed cooking and playing the drums in local bands around the Portland area.
Survivors include his wife Evelyn Morin Lamonde of Portland.
