Saco - Mary Frances Parmenter, age 68, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2018 at the Pine Point Nursing Home. She was born in Rockland, Maine on June 6, 1950, the daughter of Timothy and Mary LaGrassa Brown. Mary Frances worked as a waitress for many years at IHop.
