Obituary:
Saco, Kristin S. Kolmar, 58 of Buxton Road passed away Tuesday January 23, 2018. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania March 23, 1959 the daughter of Philip and Adrienne Larsen Snyder.
Kristin attended schools in Long Island, NY. She later graduated with an Associate’s Degree from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
She worked in the Woman’s Apparel field in New York City and later as an Education Tech in the education field.
Kristin and her family moved to Maine in 2002.
She enjoyed the Dyer Library Book Club and was very supportive in her familys’ musical activities.
Kristin enjoyed house and garden projects and being in nature with her dog Winnie.
She is predeceased by a brother David Snyder.
Survivors include her husband of over 35 years of marriage, Doug Kolmar of Saco, 2 sons Colin Kolmar of York and his wife Quinn and Philip “ Pip” Kolmar of Worcester, MA, 2 brothers Mark Snyder of New Paltz, NY, Peter Snyder of St. Louis, Missouri, and 2 sisters Judy Clark of Erieville, New York, and Tahla Snyder of Saco.
