Visiting hours will be held on Friday, May 11, from 6-8 PM at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main St., Saco. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday morning at 11AM at Most Holy Trinity Church-Good Shepherd Parish, Main St., Saco. Burial will be at a later date at South Buxton Cemetery, next to his son and wife. www.DCPate.com

Obituary:
SACO- Roger Burleigh Robinson, age 81, of Simpson Rd., passed away unexpectedly on May 6, 2012 at the Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford.
He was born in Saco, Maine on July 5, 1930, a son of the late Burleigh and Corrine Robinson, and attended Saco schools.
Roger was known as a jack-of-all-trades and worked in the woods for over 20 years as a lumberjack. When he started as a woodsman, he worked with manual saws and equipment that would be considered antiques today. He went on to work as a driver and mechanic for C.A. Carter Trucking for 20 years until his retirement.
Roger was a member of the Scarborough Fish and Game Club, NRA, Maine Muzzle-loading Association, and the Saco Pathfinders Snowmobiling and Horseshoe Club.
He will always be known for his love of the outdoors, camping, hunting & fishing, archery, shooting, and canoeing; however, spending time with his beloved family was what was most important to Roger.
He is predeceased by his wife- Lorraine (Mathieu) Robinson of 52 years; a son- Rodney Robinson; and a sister- Barbara Brackett.
Roger is survived by sons- Mike Robinson and his wife Kathie of Hollis, and Brian Robinson and his wife Kelley of Biddeford; daughter-in-law- Linda Robinson of Saco; brothers- Donald and Robert Robinson, both of Saco; eleven grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
